Last week Erik ran his first (and only) marathon. He's been training for months and finished it in just over 4 hours! I am so proud of him, I'm lucky if I run 3; but I am so glad it's over. And he's excited because he beat his two friends who ran it with him. It took so much of his time so now I'm glad he can relax with me at night instead of going out and running for an hour. For the last few days he's been hobbling around like he's handicapped but he's feeling better now.

tell Eric Congrats! I give credit to those who run in marathons I dont think I could ever do it, I am not a runner and I also hate it.
Congrats to Eric. 4 hours is great, especially for his first marathon. Ryan and I refuse to do a full...we stick to the half marathons...you could totally do it.
That's awesome - I ran a 5k once and I thought I was gonna die. Your hair is darling!
Impressive! By the way, I love, love your hair.
That's craziness! I'm in awe of anyone that can run 3 miles, let alone a marathon. There is a link from my blog to the photographers website, it's listed as Brittany & Nick. She has contact info, prices, and other photos posted on her blog: bloggingwithBrittany.blogspot.com. She's really inexpensive and does really good work.
I know next September seems far away...but I guess that is average around here. Plus places book up a year in advance! Skye you won't believe the prices..hotels cost upwards of 20,000 for just the reception. BLAH! (we are not considering a hotel after that research!)You and the fam need to come visit...we have disneyland!!
