Applique shirts

I bought some onesies on clearance from Carters a little while ago intending to make Jack some shirts, and I finally got around to it.
I drew pictures of what I wanted then traced them onto pellon (fusible interfacing), then ironed the pellon onto the back of my fabric and cut out the pattern. Then I ironed the fabric onto my shirts, then I sewed around all of the edges and added some buttons and the applique shirts are done!
I sewed some knee pads onto these pants.
I
I added the ear and button eye
I think Jack will wear this "J" for his birthday
Bird with button eye
And my favorite, skull & crossbones
