So 2 pounds a week, that's doable.
Now 10 pounds is not my goal weight. I'm not even sure what my goal weight is. My body has changed since having kids. I used to be more of an hour glass shape, but I'm more of an apple right now. I've been losing weight, but it seems to be coming off of my boobs and limbs, not from my middle which is where I really need to lose it. I'm still not fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes very well because of the extra weight in my middle. Sooo, I'm trying not to focus so much on a number, I just want my body to be healthy and firm and not hang over my pants.

Ya I have seen those Jillian Michaels DVD's but didn't really know what to think of them. Glad to hear that someone likes them. I'm planning on going to UDA. What classes are you going to. I haven't decided for sure on Thursday, but Friday there looked like a really good one for hygienists.
Nothing worse than a muffin top, I get where you're coming from! Babies do strange things...
I love my Jillian Michaels Dvd's They are great! And now that the biggest loser is on again it is more motivating! Oh and I think you look great Sky and you always have!
Great job! I really need to get my baby weight off too! I have 15lbs to go and as long as I can feel good and not embarrassed to wear most clothes i'll be happy. I am trying, and its so hard because Brody eats like a cow and never gains anything and I've always been a small eater and it all sticks ever since I had kids! You can do it Skye!! I just wanted to tell you about the Cabbage Soup diet. Today is my last day doing it and I have really enjoyed it. It's a great way to flush out your system. It's a natural way to cleanse. I was never hungry. If you want more info, let me know. I've lost 6 pounds in the last week. Just thought I would let you know, if your interested in doing it. The last few pounds are the hardest to lose.
