30 Rock

Although tonight's episodes were reruns, I picked up a few lines I had to share

Frank: "If your man collects action figures that's a deal breaker? Last weekend I picked up this girl after practicing Jedi moves at the park."
Liz: "Also a deal breaker."
Frank: "Took her back to my place on the handle-bars of my bike, snuck her in past my mom, she saw my mint condition hell boy figurine and starts quoting your dumb book!"
Liz: "Wow, 5."

Tracy: "A book hasn't caused me this much trouble since Where's Waldo went to that barber pole factory."
"Congratulations Liz Lemon, now Angie wants a break. So instead of going to a hotel or my house boat, which I cannot find, I'm staying with the woman who started this in the first place."

Jack: "Would you be more inclined to buy a new microwave if it was programmed to ask you about your day, before you answer, consider your loneliness."

Without any new episodes of our favorite shows this past month Erik & I have found a couple of new ones we like. Modern Family: I've only seen in twice but it is now on my DVR list-I laugh out loud. And I've watched Community a handful of times. Sometimes it's not real funny, but tonight was good. Jeff was living out of his car and HELLO-who knew Joel McHale had a hot bod?

I only saw 1 movie over this Christmas break, but Sherlock Holmes was fabulous! Action, wit & Robert Downey Jr. make for a good pic, I think I'll have to buy this one. I'd also like to see Up in the Air. Any other recommendations on TV or movies?

Don't give up on Community because when it's on, it's fantastic. Modern Family is the best new show in my opinion. If you can find the birthday episode called 'Fizbo' that one is the best.

Fun fact, the guy that plays the dad on Modern Family lives in Fruit Heights. And I think I've randomly caught Kirk watching the Fizbo episode at least 6 times. At least.

Better Off Ted is really funny as well. Forgot to mention that last week.
