This week on Oprah she had some clips from the documentary Food Inc and the author of The Omnivore's Dilemma. It made me want to learn more about our food industry, so I ordered the movie & book on Amazon (yes, I spend way too much money on Amazon). We watched it last night and I started the book. I also went to a healthy eating class taught by my sister in law, Kalani, last week. So between the movie & her class I am convinced to change the way my family eats and what food we buy.
I went to Good Earth and bought some 9 Grain, Quinoa, Almonds, Agave, Flax & Sesame seeds, and a few other things to try.
This weeks goal: whole grain breakfast and 2 servings of veggies a day for the fam.

I spend way too much at amazon too! Good job on trying to eat better! I have some quinoa recipes if you want some. I miss watching Oprah too!
One last thing- where did you get the book shelves you have in Kire's room? I think I want to do them.
