Haunted Dino Park

We've taken Kire to the ogden dinosaur park during halloween for the past 2 years. It is so fun. They have fog & lights, scary sounds & trick or treating. It is open for the next 2 nights from 7-9 if you have young kids it's awesome.
This year Kire wanted to be a clone trooper, from Star Wars. I tried to talk him into being Darth Vador or someone more recognizable, but he was firm. Then my niece was Yoda a couple of years ago so I borrowed the costume for Jack.

This morning I also went to Gap. It is my favorite store and they always have the best sales. Today I got 4 shirts & 2 pants for Jack and they were like 2.75 each. I'm kind of a name brand snob, but I don't buy anything unless it's like 75% off. Sometimes I find stuff at DI & consignment stores, but it's not worth it when I get clothes new for like 2 bucks.
And this morning I also made this present for my nieces birthday this Saturday. I'm not a great seamstress, but I can put together simple things. I love this fabric I used for the apron and I'm going to have to find some boy fabric because Kire liked the oven mits.
